Since 1996 I have been working as proffisional swimming coach with swimmers competing at the Olympics 2004 and 2008 as best results.
Some years ago I figured out that coaching was something I could do out side the swimming pool also. My skills to motivate and get the best out of people could be used for a much broader purpose.
