During the preparation for my most important swimming event of the year, I had the pleasure of having Mads helping me with both my physical, and especially my mental form. Earlier I had always been very nervous before going to a swimming event, but after working with Mads, I learned to focus on all my strengths, instead of focusing on my weaknesses. This new way of positive-thinking resulted in that I improved my technique and my mental form a lot, and I ended up swimming much faster than I had ever thought I would, before working with Mads.
